Other users show "Audio Conferencing" section as expected, but it's totally broken for me.
After removing the license for the user and re-adding it, it still doesn't appear. After doing so, this one particular user (myself) now has no audio conferencing and there's no way to re-add it. So then I tried to disable audio conferencing for the user. When I did, it gave me the number "0" which also didn't work. So then I tried to "Reset Conference ID" as documented in another article.
When I did, I got an error like: "Cannot join a meeting with this conference number." I got the email providing my conference ID and number, so I created a meeting to try it out and using that number. I created the licenses and added licenses for 10 users. If you are looking to make sense of and report on all these costs, Modality Systems (where I work), has PowerBI billing reports to break these costs down on a per region, department or user basis.I was trying to test out the audio conferencing capability I just signed up for, and it's just not working. To find out whether Audio Conferencing is available in your country or region, see Country and region availability for Audio Conferencing and Calling Plans. You can find the rates/costs per pay per minute here: Pay-per-minute requires your organization to have Communications Credits enabled with a license assigned to each user in order for Audio Conferencing to work.
It enables product and effective group communication in and out of the office, including full mobile integration. Volume and Licensing organizations (those that have an enterprise type agreement with Microsoft) can also choose a pay-per-minute offer to enable Audio Conferencing capabilities for their organizations. Microsoft Teams video conferences are a core part of Office 365. In this model, you don’t pay any additional per minute costs except for dialling out to specific countries or using toll-free numbers. You can also configure PAC settings like adding dial-in numbers or passcodes. You will find it hidden under Add-ons to your E1 or E3. Personal Audio Conference (PAC) meeting IDs are static, predetermined 10 or 11-digit meeting IDs that can be shared with participants at any time. If you have Office 365 E1 or E3, Audio Conferencing is available for a $4.00 per month per user add-on. If you have Office 365 E5, PSTN Audio Conferencing is usually included (but not always, so check the enterprise agreement you negotiated with Microsoft). PSTN Audio conferencing gives dial-in numbers for over 400 cities around the world, as well as the ability to dial out of a meeting/have the meeting ring you to bring you into the meeting. Called just Audio Conferencing by Microsoft (which I think is confusing as VoIP/PC audio conferencing is included in the box. Microsoft offers PSTN Audio conferencing, the ability to dial in/out of a Microsoft Teams or Skype for Business Online meeting.
